Lumiere wins High Density Housing Award
The Urban Development Institute of Australia have today awarded Lumiere Residences winner of the NSW High Density Housing Award. This highly-regarded award recognises the contribution Lumière Residences has made to the landscape of Sydney. The judges declared Lumière Residences a model for future apartment design and detailing in Sydney, highlighting the innovative loggias, glass façade and careful consideration of every detail in the development.

This award is recognition of the quality of planning, architecture and attention to detail applied to Lumière and Regent Place, and well-deserved acclaim for architects Foster + Partners and PTW Architects, and the personal vision of Frasers Property’s CEO, Dr Stanley Quek.
