We are delighted to advise that Lumière Residences is now all but completed, with the finishing touches to common areas and Club Lumière now being undertaken. The 50 metre pool is filled and sparkling, with light reflecting from the mirrored roof and walls and reflecting the sandstone façade of St Andrews Cathedral. The gym equipment for both the free weight and cardiovascular rooms is now in place and the Concierge staff are appointed and settling into the building.

Frasers’ Client Relations team are currently undertaking pre-settlement inspections – an opportunity for clients to view their own apartment for the very first time. Settlement Notices have now been issued, with the first residents expected to move into the building in mid-December – just in time for Christmas at Lumière.
