Construction work is focused on the retail street frontages and the internal fitouts as we move closer to settlement of the first stage of apartments – Blu – from November. The Bathurst Street podium façade is taking shape, with scaffolding now partly removed from this façade. The retail podium levels are being tiled as we prepare for handover to retail occupants for individual internal shopfits. Within the building, the final installation of fixtures and fittings has progressed to Level 26, with floor finishes and joinery now being finalised to sub-penthouse level. Within the Sky Penthouses, internal structural steelwork is being installed to private lifts as the glass curtain wall in completed. In another exciting step forward, the tower crane is now being removed.
