On target for completion in stages from November, internal fitouts continue to progress methodically up the building with floor tiling completed to Level 48 and kitchen joinery installed to level 45. Works recently completed include fitout of lift interiors to 5 of the 8 lifts, installation of exterior glass to podium and penthouses. Work has begun on one of the more dramatic features of Lumiere – the glass bottomed pool which will cantilever over the foyer void – with scaffolding and formwork erected.

In June Multiplex will be installing private lifts and spiral staircases to the Sky Penthouses, beginning the process of bringing these extraordinary homes to life.
