A project of this scale is an international exercise, with materials sourced and manufacturing occurring across the globe - in a highly specialised facility in Colorado, USA, the transparent base to a seven metre section of Lumière’s 50 metre swimming pool has now been manufactured, ready for shipping to Sydney.

The glass cladding to Lumière’s exterior will reach the top of the tower in April. Internally, by the end of April, joinery will have been installed to level 41 and tiling will be complete to level 45, as internal fitouts progress methodically up the building.

Passers-by will soon start to see significant changes to the Bathurst Street entry to Lumière, as work commences on the main entry foyer.

Work is also accelerating on the retail levels of the Podium, as we make these ready for the future retailers to commence their fitouts from July. The retail precinct is projected to open for trading pre-Christmas.
