Frasers works on $2bn platformby Caitlin O'TooleFrasers Property will being building 4000 dwellings in Australia and New Zealand this year, bringing the value of its Australasian projects to $2 billion.
The flagship in Sydney is Lumière, a 456-apartment development at Regents Place in the CBD.
Other projects are under way at Camperdown, Killara and, subject to rezoning, Parramatta.
Frasers Property is also stepping into Western Australia, where it has 300 apartments planned for East Perth and 1250 riverfront houses and apartments for Mandurah.
In New Zealand, the group is planning projects at Papamoa on the Bay of Plenty, and in Queenstown in the South Island.
In London, where Frasers has been active for 10 years, the group is developing 422 apartments plus offices and retail on a Thames-front site and converting a Westminster police station into boutique apartments.
The parent company, Fraser & Neave, is a Singapore-listed conglomerate which includes Tiger Beer, Times Publishing and a diversified property group.
