Frasers Property’s landmark Regent Place development has won the Mixed Use Development category of the Property Council of Australia’s Rider Levett Bucknall Awards for Innovation and Excellence 2009.

Presented at a gala dinner held at Sydney’s Convention and Exhibition Centre on Saturday June 13, the awards acknowledged the brilliantly designed Lumière Residences, Fraser Suites Sydney and Regent Place retail component of the building.

The development’s high quality design, premium finishes and lifestyle benefits were listed by PCA as having contributed to the accolade.
